Zero Liquid Discharge Drying Technology—Reinvented
Flash Rockwell Technologies has developed and patented the world’s first continuous vacuum drying system—delivering the proven benefits of sub-atmospheric drying without the limitations of batch processing. Flash Rockwell is considered a next-generation technology.
At the core of our systems is the Flash Generator, powered by our proprietary Nested Venturi™ architecture, which creates a sub-atmospheric environment where water physically cannot remain in a liquid state. This breakthrough enables instantaneous moisture removal from nearly any liquid or solid stream—with minimal heat, maximum precision, and unmatched efficiency.
How It Works
Our patented system uses common air blowers to create controlled temperature and pressure shifts within a dynamically engineered venturi. Operating in the “flash zone” of the water phase diagram, the process forces water to vaporize instantly—avoiding thermal damage, reducing emissions, and preserving product integrity.
